SHIPPING METHODS

All orders are shipped 24 hours after placing your order. The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method you select.

Standard Shipping is $280.00 per Stove to a business or loading dock. For house delivery, add $150.00. Delivery price for Parts will depend on size. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping rates apply to Canada and continental United States and rates do not apply to orders being shipped to Nunavut, Yukon or Northwest Territories, Alaska or Hawaii.

Orders to Nunavut, Yukon or Northwest Territories, Alaska or Hawaii may result in additional charges and will be quoted separately. Shipping quotes will be returned within two business days of ordering.

PLEASE NOTE

Shipping is not available to A.P.O./F.P.O. and P.O. box addresses due to shipper restrictions.
Your billing address must exactly match the location where your credit card bill is sent.
For orders that contain multiple items, you may receive each item separately, on different dates.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm that your order has been received. This email will contain your order number, which along with the postal or ZIP code of your shipping address, will be all you need to track your order.

RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY

Jamestown Pellet Stove orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order.
Stoves cannot be returned. Parts may be returned within 10 days of delivery.
